By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any software applications, utilities, documentation, or websites created by AltSys Lab ("we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Software license and acceptable use
Subject to your compliance with these terms, AltSys Lab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications on your compatible devices strictly in accordance with each application's documentation.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our proprietary components except to the extent permitted by applicable open-source licenses or mandatory statutory law.
3. Financial calculations disclaimer (Lotly)
Lotly is strictly a mathematical risk computation tool. It does not provide financial, brokerage, or investment advice. Calculations are estimates derived from the inputs you provide. Financial markets carry substantial risk of capital loss, and you are solely responsible for verifying all position sizing parameters before placing orders.
4. Network authentication utilities (NetPilot)
NetPilot automates authorized captive-portal sign-ins on your own ISP network accounts. You agree to use NetPilot only on networks for which you hold lawful authorization and genuine credentials.
5. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
Our software applications and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltSys Lab disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall AltSys Lab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our applications.
